Questions pertaining to game playing hints, product release dates, and other non-technical issues may not be answered by our support representatives. Our technical support representatives may be contacted on weekdays between the hours of 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM Pacific time.
Media Replacement
If you have had the game for less than 90 days, mail us the CDs along with the CD cases and a copy of the receipt for a free replacement.
If you have had the game for more than 90 days or you no longer have the receipt, mail in the CDs along with the CD cases and a $10.00 money order in US funds for replacement.
